Bulk material Costing

1. As per standard SAP, bulk materials will not considered for the Standard Cost Estimation. The system ignores once the material bulk material is flagged. Bulk materials always issued against the cost center issue through 201 movement. This needs to manually posted as manual JV entry.
2. Bulk materials are used in small quantities of low value, so these items are not taken into account when costing an order. Bulk material is usually posted as consumption at production cost centers as soon as it is procured, so it is not included in the cost estimate in the standard system. A user exit is available for costing bulk materials.
